How does FDE differ from ordinary development outsourcing?
With outsourcing you supply requirements and we deliver against them. With FDE our engineers work at your site, work out the real processes and data themselves, wire the system into what you already use, and tune it alongside the business until it genuinely runs. The difference is accountability for it being used, not merely built.
Why do AI projects so often stall at the demo stage?
Because demo data is clean and demo processes are ideal. Real operations have missing data, inconsistent formats and constant exceptions, and a model meets all of it at once. Those problems are solved on site; they are hard to anticipate from a specification at a distance.
Can we maintain it ourselves afterwards?
That is one of the goals. We work alongside your team throughout and leave behind the code, the documentation and the reasoning — not something unreadable once we are gone. The engagement only counts as successful if the capability stays with you.
