01System Integration

Get the separate software your company uses to "talk" to each other, so data syncs automatically instead of being copied by hand.

Many companies run several different programs — one for inventory, one for accounting, another for customers — and none of them talk to each other. Staff spend their days copying and re-typing data between them: slow and error-prone. We build a "bridge" between these systems so they exchange data automatically.

What we do for you

Connect scattered software into one whole — enter data once
Less manual copying means less time wasted and fewer mistakes
See your whole company’s real data in one place
Easy to plug in new systems later

FAQ

We only run a few systems — do we still need integration?

The test is not how many systems you run, but whether someone is moving data between them by hand. Even with two systems, if staff copy and re-enter data daily, integration saves that labour and removes the errors. If little data flows between them, it can wait.

Will integration disrupt the systems we use today?

Normally it does not change how existing systems behave. We prefer the vendor-provided APIs, and only evaluate database or staging-table approaches when no API exists. Everything is proven in a test environment before it goes live.

Our legacy system has no API. Can it still be integrated?

Yes, though the method differs. An API is ideal; without one we can work through the database, scheduled file exports, or even RPA driving the interface as a person would. Which route applies depends on how open the system is, so we assess it before proposing anything.

Is this what you need?

Tell us your situation. We reply within one business day — we talk it through before proposing anything.
