Yes — that is exactly what consulting is for. Often the problem is not which system to buy but the process itself. We start from your actual situation and then judge whether a system is warranted and what to do first.
Will the consulting just become a sales pitch for your development work?
We do not take on projects for their own sake. If off-the-shelf software solves it, we will say so. If the process should change before any system is built, we will say that too. A project that cannot succeed is better not started.
What do we actually receive?
A plan you can read: what is wrong today, the direction we recommend, the steps in order, and the rough effort and payoff of each. Written in plain language, not stacked with jargon.
